Shipping

All items are shipped via USPS or FedEx First Class and take approximately 2-7 days to be delivered depending on your location. Please understand that as soon as a package leaves the post office it becomes your responsibility. GWBJ is not liable for packages lost or delayed during the shipping process.

You will receive an invoice via email upon ordering along with a tracking number once your order ships. No paper invoice will be included with your order. Please reach out if you have any other questions.

International — $15 flat rate. Unfortunately, I can only track international packages until they reach your country, I cannot track them doorstep to doorstep. All International orders are shipped by USPS First Class International Mail. International mail can take anywhere between 1-4 weeks or more. GWBJ is not responsible for VAT or any other custom charges.

Exchanges & returns

GWBJ will accept returns if your piece(s) arrives damaged or defective. Please be sure to:

-Contact me within 3 days of delivery

-Ship items back within 7 days of delivery
